However I do feel that they have no business in seeing my full bank statement. Has anyone come across similar problems? I am not originally from the UK so not sure if that could have anything to do with it. No other bookmaker has ever been so strict about this. They kept saying insisting that they must see the full and unredacted bank statement in order to approve my verification. I blanked out quite a few fields of my bank statement account because transactions are obviously confidential and private.
I share with them my bank statement that showed the transfer of £10 into my Revolut. The essence of it was that I deposited £10 for the qualityfing bet with my Revolut account so they asked me to see a Bank Statement showing the flow of this £10 from a different bank account into my Revolut. There was a bit of back and forth messaging with their Risk Management team. I signed up with William Hill recently and placed a £10 qualifying bet whereafter I got an email from them that my account was restricted due to the verification process not being completed.
